Linden Homes has taken an innovative step by launching a range of new homes, which come ready to extend. At its latest development in Essex, be at Newhall, a selection of its homes come with the added bonus of an already prepared vacant roof space, which can become extra living accommodation as the need arises.

The concept was initially available on a selection of two bedroom courtyard homes at be when the development launched last year. However, following their sell out success, Linden Homes is now planning to launch a selection of its three bedroom detached villas under the same scheme.
