Persimmon Homes Anglia has reported that the sale of apartments at the company’s Rendlesham-based development, Centre Stage, have gone through the roof as no sooner had the show apartment opened, it was put on the price list to keep up with demand.

“We knew our Rendlesham site would be popular, due to its location and the specification of properties available, but the speed at which the apartments have been reserved has even surprised me”, comments Jon Gibbs, sales director for Persimmon Homes Anglia.
