Friends Mark Berry and Patrick Westwood have recently bought a new home at Charles Church’s popular The Priory development in Sudbury with the help of the housebuilder’s “Buy with a Buddy” scheme.

Mark Berry, owner of his own heating engineering company comments: “Patrick and I viewed quite a few properties, however the reason we chose the house at The Priory was because we wanted very large living areas, plenty of bathrooms and great views.
