Seeds sown for new Ipswich housing venture

Award winning Redrow is preparing the ground for its latest development of just under a hundred new homes in Ipswich. Work is underway to create the access road and infrastructure and a new sales centre is set to open in spring of this year.

Bramford Gardens, off Bramford Road, will feature a wide mix of two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, just two miles from the centre of Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk.

They’ll be built to Redrow’s usual high standards, with the opportunity for home owners to personalise their interiors through the ‘Indulge with Redrow’ choices and options package.

Beryl Williams, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern), says: “We’re getting ready to open our sales centre in early spring and have already been contacted by a lot of people interested in owning a home here.

The launch of Bramford Gardens will build on Redrow’s previous successes in the town, including Neptune Marina, which was one of the key regeneration projects for the town’s Old Wet Dock area, and IP Central.

Redrow is also close to completing its popular Oakside Park development in Kesgrave, where the final phase includes three, four and five-bedroom family homes currently from £209,995 to £360,995.

Beryl adds: “Ipswich has a thriving and vibrant town centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and other entertainment venues, as well as its historic waterfront to explore. It also offers convenient road and rail links to places further afield, including London, Cambridge and Norwich.”
