Lending a helping hand at Martingales

The scheme is available to key workers and first time buyers and means they pay just 75 per cent of the purchase price with no deposit, rent or shared ownership required on the outstanding 25 percent. The deferred amount is then paid back as 25 per cent of the property’s open market value, either within 10 years of purchase or at the time of re-sale if this is earlier than 10 years.

Prices range from £179,995 for a three bedroom Harwood home to £304,995 for a four bedroom detached Holden home.
