Last remaining homes at Stour Croft

24th July 2008 Print
Last remaining homes at Stour Croft With just a handful of two, three and four bedroom homes available on Phase I of Persimmon Homes Anglia's Stour Croft development in Sudbury, househunters in the area are being urged to take a visit to the development before it's too late.

"Stour Croft has continued to prove popular with a number of different purchaser groups due to the number of differing housetypes available," comments Jon Gibbs Sales director for Persimmon Homes Anglia. "It's for this reason that I believe the site has sold particularly well."

Prices on Phase I start from a reasonable £179,950 for a three bedroom semi-detached property with garage. Persimmon is currently offering incentives on the homes available* from £1,000 towards legal fees, carpets throughout, mortgage subsidy and assisted move where the company will help those with homes to sell market their property and will also pay the estate agents fees.

Jon concludes: "Phase II will be launching in the next few months, but for those looking for a home in Sudbury soon, I'd recommend they come and take a look at Stour Croft before they miss out."

The picturesque town of Sudbury, located one of mile away, offers an abundance of local amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs as well as leisure facilities and a monthly farmers market. The development itself is situated ideally for those wanting to commute, with Colchester just a short drive away via the A13.
