Fall in love with a new home in Ipswich

4th February 2009 Print
A brand new home could prove to be a match made in heaven this Valentine’s Day (February 14th) at Bramford Gardens, in Ipswich. Award winning developer Redrow has chosen the most romantic day of the year to launch a show home that’s sure to tug at the heart strings of every would-be home owner.

And if a lovingly prepared show home isn’t enough to tempt purchasers to say ‘I do’, then Redrow is offering a heart-warming range of incentives including part-exchange on selected plots, 5% deposit paid or, for eligible purchasers, the chance to register for the government’s new HomeBuy Direct scheme.

Visitors on Saturday, February 14th between 11am and 4pm will also be entertained by a Caribbean steel band and can enter a free prize draw to win a pair of tickets to see Ipswich Town v Watford on March 21st or, for the more romantically inclined, a spa day up to the value of £200 at nearby Clarice House.

Beryl Williams, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern), says: “We’ve chosen Valentine’s Day to launch our Farnell show home as it is truly a home to fall in love with – not least its sumptuous master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor, the perfect peaceful sanctuary and romantic hide-away from the rest of the house.”

The Farnell has been chosen as the ‘shop window’ for a collection of two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes at Bramford Gardens. It displays the quality of Redrow’s finish, fixtures and fittings; and has been decorated and dressed by professional interior designers to create the impression of a lived-in family home.

Visitors to the new show home can appreciate the surprisingly quiet, semi-rural surroundings of this development, tucked away behind Bramford Road and close to the River Gipping; yet only two miles from Ipswich town centre and all its amenities.

And good road and rail links from Ipswich make it a great base for commuters to places like Cambridge, Norwich and even London, which is just 75 minutes by train.

Current prices at Bramford Gardens range from £75,995 for a two-bedroom coach house, £172,995 for a three-bedroom, mid-terrace Farnell, similar to the show home, and up to £180,995 for a four-bedroom Hambledon.

Bramford Gardens is one of 33 Redrow developments across England that have been chosen to offer HomeBuy Direct, whereby eligible purchasers with a household income less than £60,000 per annum will be able to get an equity loan for up to 30% of the initial purchase price. The equity loan is jointly funded by the Government and Redrow and is interest-free for the first five years.

Join Redrow on Valentine’s Day, 14th February, between 11am and 4pm to view the new Farnell show home and find out more about the properties and incentives available. Alternatively, log on to Redrow.co.uk.
