New Ipswich show home is in tune with style A brand new show home in Ipswich will be music to the ears of potential home owners looking for design inspiration. A contemporary colour palette of cream, dark brown and warm yellow and a combination of well matched furnishings all make a fashionable impression in the three-bedroom ‘Farnell’ at Redrow’s Bramford Gardens.

Providing a wealth of interior inspiration, it showcases the other properties that will eventually make up Bramford Gardens; which includes an array of two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The professionally designed and decorated, fully furnished show home was launched to the tune of a Caribbean steel band, which entertained guests, and one lucky visitor won a £200 spa day at nearby Clarice House in a free prize draw.

Beryl Williams, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern) says: “A recent online survey by Redrow found that 55% of respondents said the most helpful factor when choosing a new home is viewing a show home. Therefore the new show home at Bramford Gardens will be a welcome addition for visitors

“With its practical layout that includes a sumptuous master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor, the Farnell has all the trappings of a perfect family home.”

Visitors to the new show home can appreciate the surprisingly quiet, semi-rural surroundings of this development, tucked away behind Bramford Road and close to the River Gipping; yet only two miles from Ipswich town centre and all its amenities.

And good road and rail links from Ipswich make it a great base for commuters to places like Cambridge, Norwich and even London, which is just 75 minutes by train.

Current prices at Bramford Gardens range from £99,995 for a two-bedroom apartment, £172,995 for a three-bedroom, mid-terrace Farnell, similar to the show home, and up to £180,995 for a four-bedroom Hambledon.

Bramford Gardens is one of 33 Redrow developments across England that have been chosen to offer HomeBuy Direct, whereby eligible purchasers with a household income less than £60,000 per annum will be able to get an equity loan for up to 30% of the initial purchase price. The equity loan is jointly funded by the Government and Redrow and is interest-free for the first five years.

To view the new Farnell show home, visit the development off Bramford Road, which is open Friday to Monday inclusive 10am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, log on to Redrow.co.uk.
