Crest Nicholson site manager receives top accolade Crest Nicholson (Eastern) Ltd has announced that its site manager, Vince Bamonte at the company’s Stowmarket scheme, Maple Tye, has been recognised for his hard work by receiving a National House Builders Councils (NHBC) ‘Pride in the Job’ award.

The competition is a highly respected award in the house building industry and reflects the high standards and expertise of site managers at carefully chosen developments across the UK.

Vince has played an important role in the delivery of the popular Maple Tye development in Suffolk, comprising a brand new collection of one and two bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom cottages and three and four bedroom family houses.

Annette Cole Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern comments: “This is a real achievement for Vince and the team at Maple Tye and they should be very proud that their hard work has been recognised on a national level. In the last year, awards such as these are now more important than ever and are testament to the fact that Crest Nicholson continues to deliver high quality homes. The nomination reflects the high standards of properties that can be found at Maple Tye and we wish Vince the best of luck in the next round of the competition.”

Now in its 29th year, NHBC's ‘Pride in the Job’ is the only national competition to focus on the contribution the site manager makes in producing high quality new homes. Crest Nicholson Eastern has been nominated for a total of seven awards at its sites across the region.

Just one mile from the centre of the ancient market town of Stowmarket, properties at Maple Tye provide all the essentials of modern family living, including a nursery and a primary school on site. The development is surrounded by some of Suffolk’s most beautiful countryside and is conveniently located close to Stowmarket station.

Prices for three bedroom houses start from £171,500 (£120,050 with HomeBuy Direct) and four bedroom houses from £187,000 (HomeBuy Direct £130,900). For further information about buying a home at Maple Tye, visit crestnicholson.com/cedarspark.
