Gold Award for an exceptional sales advisor Crest Nicholson sales advisor, Lesley Anderson, has won a top accolade at leading housebuilder, Crest Nicholson’s annual Sales Advisor of the Year Awards.

Lesley was presented with a Gold Award that recognises her exceptional work at the company’s Larks Reach development at Kings Warren, in Red Lodge, near Newmarket.

Lesley won the award for her continued commitment to providing an outstanding level of customer service and her ability to consistently deliver sales, despite the difficult market conditions of the past months.

Stephen Stone, Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson, said: “Customer care is crucial in our business, and even more so in a tough economic climate where customers require more guidance and advice about their purchase than in usual circumstances.

“We invest heavily in staff training because our research shows that homebuyers attach huge importance to standards of service and expectations are high. Therefore we are delighted to reward key members of our sales team who prove that they have an outstanding attitude to customer service.”

Lesley, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for 11 years, commented: “I thoroughly enjoy my job and take great pride in doing it to the best of my ability, so it’s a real honour and very gratifying to have my efforts recognised by Crest Nicholson. The fact that the properties at Larks Reach have continued to be so popular is testament to the hard work of the whole team, as well as the high quality and desirability of the homes that Crest Nicholson produces.”

Larks Reach is a stylish collection of three and four bedroom houses and two bedroom apartments. Kings Warren has been carefully master-planned to create a fully integrated community with a range of first class local facilities. Along with 1,250 new homes, when complete the development will also feature a well-equipped sports complex that will include three standard football pitches, as well as a cricket pitch complete with pavilion and changing rooms.

Alongside these facilities will sit a NEAP children’s play area (Neighbourhood Equipped Play Area), the largest of its type, which will serve all of Kings Warren and neighbouring Red Lodge. Furthermore, large expanses of open space, such as established woodlands and a network of cycle and nature trails have also been included.

Prices for a three bedroom townhouse at Larks Reach start at £175,000. For more information on Larks Reach or the Part Exchange scheme visit crestnicholson.com/kingswarren.
