Yvery Court in Cowes on the Isle of Wight Buyers looking to enjoy stunning waterfront views and capitalise on rising property prices are beating a path to Yvery Court in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

Jolene Bull from Knight Frank in Southampton is marketing the development of prestigious apartments and said that Cowes waterfront is now the second most expensive real estate location for new homes on the south coast, and prices are predicted to rise faster on the island than anywhere else in the south in the next five years.

“Cowes has changed dramatically in the last five years from being a seasonal market to having a stable year round market as commuters and those wanting a second home have bought here and these new apartments are creating tremendous demand in both of these markets,’’ said Jolene.

Yvery Court is set to become one of the most sought after addresses on the island. Situated just behind The Parade and the Cowes Combined Clubs Regatta Centre, Yvery Court is split level with the elevated position providing outstanding views. The developer behind the scheme, Bull Developments, has created seven luxury individual apartments with prices ranging from £300,000 to £750,000.

There are two, three and four bedroom apartments including the penthouses which are arranged over three floors and offer the very highest standard in terms of specification, finish and views over the Solent.

The façade facing the sea is dramatically modern while the developer has adopted a conservative neo-Georgian design for the opposite side of the building in Castle Road.

“Each apartment has its own entrance and the developer has created an attractive building which makes the most of the location, views and space available,’’ said Jolene. “Large picture windows and balconies will ensure that buyers here can enjoy the location while the imaginative design and architectural features blend perfectly with the surrounding properties yet offer modern facilities to buyers.’’

Features include CCTV cameras covering the perimeter of the building, professional landscaping, fire alarms in each apartment and remote video entry systems on selected properties.

Kitchens are all fully fitted with appliances and master bedroom ensuites have whirlpool baths. Three telephone lines are fitted to each home and there is a common aerial and Sky dish.

“The homes are extremely well thought out in terms of design to maximise the space and views while the finish is to an extremely high level,’’ said Jolene.
