Lily Potter, Charles Church Western Sales Manager Stephanie Kehoe, Teacher Sue Thompson, Headteacher Mrs Barratt, Jordan Driver and Jack Richardson Charles Church Western recently organised a drawing competition for the children at Field Court Primary School in Quedgeley. The children passionately drew their dream home with three weeks to complete the task.

The winners of the competition were announced today by Charles Church – Jordan Driver in the aged 6 -7 yrs category, Lily Potter in the aged 8 - 9 yrs category and Jack Richardson in the aged 10 -11yrs category. Charles Church Western further presented a cheque of £200 to teacher, Sue Thompson.

Sheena Cook, Charles Church Western Sales Director comments: “The drawings produced by the children are enchanting; we had vibrant colours, imaginative houses and little explanations telling us what they had drawn, some even drew floor plans! A lot of creative and artistic thought was put into these and we are delighted to have involved Field Court Primary School in this community-based competition.”

The homes at ‘Westmead’ offer generous levels of accommodation, providing a wealth of choice for young professionals, growing families and downsizers alike. Housetypes range from two, three and four-bedroom homes and townhouses. With only eight homes remaining, a visit to the sales office and aspirational showhome is highly recommended!

Set just outside the city of Gloucester, ‘Westmead’ benefits from a community offering local amenities including primary schools, a secondary school, sixth form college, medical practices and close to the city centre.

Prices at ‘Westmead’ currently range from £184,995 to £289,995. For further information visit the website at Charleschurch.com.
