For up to 90 days each year the apartment can be used by the owners in the holiday seasons or at weekends or have a guaranteed 6% return on investment for 5 years. For the rest of the year, through a 5-year renewable agreement, Four Pillars will let the apartments either as hotel or holiday accommodation on behalf of the owners. The flexibility of the design layout ensures that areas within the apartments can be isolated as separate hotel bedrooms.
