Barratt moves into Phase II at Brockworth

Homes at Coopers Edge have proved such a success for Barratt Homes that the house builder is forging ahead with the release of the second phase of development.

Launched at the end of June, Coopers Edge is part of a wider complex that will include schools, high street shopping, pubs and restaurants, a sports centre and various conservation initiatives.

And the first phase of development is now almost sold out, so Barratt is launching the next phase of homes which includes apartments, coach houses and houses.

“It’s amazing to see how quickly this new community is taking shape,” said Barratt Homes sales director Louise Ware.

“We knew that the homes here would be in demand but the first phase has sold extremely quickly and the levels of interest in the next phase are tremendous.’’

Phase two of the development includes houses with walled gardens as part of Barratt Homes’ commitment to creating a modern and stylish living environment together with contemporary designs and a mix of homes to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
