First time buyers rush for Barratt’s £99 deal First time buyers in the Bristol region are taking advantage of a massive boost from Barratt which is offering people the chance to get onto the housing ladder for a down payment of just £99.

Available on developments throughout Bristol, sales director Louise Ware said the offer has been snapped up by eager buyers although there is still some availability at The Meadows at Siston Common and Manor Farm in Bradley Stoke.

As part of the deal, first time buyers put down £99 and Barratt will pay the five per cent deposit – a great bonus for those struggling to save as well as pay rent.

“We know that taking your first steps onto the housing ladder are the toughest for young buyers so this is an easy way to move into a Barratt property,” said Louise.

At The Meadows one and two bedroom apartments cost from £143,500 and the Lincoln design offers buyers a choice of different layouts although all feature a spacious open plan kitchen and living/dining areas with Juliet balconies or terrace.

At Manor Farm two bedroom apartments currently cost from £126,095 with the development at the heart of the increasingly vibrant community of Bradley Stoke, adjacent to the newly proposed town centre.
