New show homes launch at Hortham Village

Three stunning new show homes are due to open at Hortham Village, Barratt’s eco-friendly development in Almondsbury near Bristol this weekend. Hortham Village was launched last autumn and will eventually offer 95 Barratt homes. Although it enjoys a woodland setting it lies close to the M5, offering quick access to Bristol city centre and Cribbs Causeway.

The first new show home, the Maidstone, is a three-bedroom terraced home with a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen/diner and en-suite shower to the master bedroom. This house type comes with a garage and parking space and prices start from £245,995.

The third show home, the Roseberry, is a two-bedroom semi-detached house. Homes in this house style, which come with one or two parking spaces, are due for release in the summer.

“When complete, this site will offer a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom properties and the show homes will give prospective buyers an idea of the high standards they can expect,” said sales director Louise Ware.
