Investor event at Orchard Leaze

16th April 2008 Print
Investor event at Orchard Leaze Barratt will be holding an investor evening at its Orchard Leaze development in Stroud on Thursday April 24. The event is designed to provide investment buyers with a one stop shop for buying and letting a brand new property.

"Independent mortgage advisors and Barratt sales staff will be on hand to steer buyers through every stage of the investment and rental process," reports Barratt sales manager Andrea Pilgrim.

"There will be an opportunity to explore all the show home sale and leaseback options available at Barratt developments in the region.

"These schemes have proved extremely popular with investors as they offer a hassle-free, positive cash flow investment - where customers buy the property outright from Barratt and rent it back to the house builder at an agreed rental figure.

"We can guarantee a rental income for 12 months," Andrea continued. "Also, as the largest house builder in the UK, we have developed strong relationships with mortgage brokers, legal firms and letting agents, so we can help investors find the best deal for their circumstances.

"We have a selection of Falkirk two-bedroom apartments at Orchard Leaze," Andrea continued. "Priced from £159,995, they offer the ideal investment opportunity."

When complete, the development will provide a selection of apartments and three and four-bedroom houses. It is well located for commuters, with the M5 motorway just six miles away. Stroud train station is also nearby, offering frequent services to London, Bristol and Birmingham.

Stroud is a stunning area in which to live, located to the west of the Cotswold Hills at the meeting point of the Five Valleys. The town is noted for its steep streets and cafe culture and boasts a wealth of shops, a cinema, leisure centre and museum.
