VIP treatment for Nailsworth home hunters

VIP treatment for Nailsworth home hunters Redrow is rolling out the red carpet for an open doors event next Sunday (April 27) to showcase the final seven homes available at a popular development in Nailsworth.

House hunters will receive VIP treatment at Forest Rise as Redrow throws open the doors to the remaining properties, which are a range of three-storey townhouses and detached homes.

The three-bedroom ‘Lambourne' and ‘Chalford' and four-bedroom ‘Neale' are all three-storey homes, which will appeal to a wide-range of homebuyers from young professionals and downsizers, to larger families who need some extra space to spread out in.

Sandra Hughes, sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: "Three-storey living is proving very popular because of the choice it offers. Many have used the opportunity of extra space to give teenagers and older children their own space and independence, which can be difficult to do in the traditional two-storey home.

"They also have all the other benefits that come with owning a brand new home such as improved energy efficiency, no costly renovations or upkeep and no need to worry about dealing with previous residents' decorating disasters."

With its master bedroom and en-suite in the cleverly converted roof space and two further bedrooms and a main bathroom on the first floor, the Lambourne offers plenty of living space options. Rooms not needed as bedrooms can double as home office space, a games room or maybe a gym.

Likewise, the Chalford and ‘Neale' homes offer growing families plenty of space, and the flexibility to use the different floors in a range of ways.

The four-bedroom detached Lea and Medlock homes offer buyers a more traditional option in the form of a two-storey home. Brand new, detached properties have become increasingly rare under current planning guidelines, but are still as desirable as ever for homebuyers who aspire to own their own ‘separate space'.

Perched at the top of Nailsworth, Forest Rise has views of the Cotswold Valley below and the town has plenty to offer with an array of flourishing pubs and restaurants sure to meet any home owner's aspirations.

It also has excellent transport links and with the M5 motorway only approximately 15 minutes away, Forest Rise is a perfect base for commuters.

Prices for the last remaining homes at Forest Rise are from £218,000 for a three-bedroom house, from £233,000 for a four-bedroom Neale home, and from £249,995 for a four-bedroom detached home.

And for reservations up to and including May 4, 2008, to provide added comfort and reassurance to prospective homebuyers, award winning Redrow Homes has extended its ‘house price protection' promise - helping to protect the value of its customers' new homes for up to three years*.

It is one of the measures under the umbrella of ‘re:assure from Redrow', which are all designed to give home buyers confidence and to help get them moving in the current housing market.

As well as helping to protect the value of their new home, Redrow's ‘re:assure' package includes measures to help people sell their current property at the best possible price, or could include help with the monthly mortgage repayments for the first year or two.

And as an added bonus for homebuyers reserving between 10am and 5.30pm on the day of the open doors event on Sunday, April 27, Redrow will pay their stamp duty and include fully-fitted carpets in all of the remaining plots.

The sales office at Forest Rise is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information visit Redrow.co.uk.
