The Amersham is a traditional four bedroom detached family home and has been decorated using a palette of aubergines and soft browns, contrasted with on-trend lime greens to add a bit of zest.

Lisa comments on the style trends for Spring: "Spring is in full swing, so out go the traditional warm shades and in come bright lively colours to reflect the change in season. Key colours for this season will be vivid reds and pinks, against black to add a contemporary twist.

"Wallpaper is still key, with traditional styles including paisley designs. However, for the more daring and modern home buyer, the clean lines and symmetry of geometric patterns will definitely appeal. For furniture, glass or chrome is very popular at the moment and definitely adds a contemporary touch."

The Willows forms part of Leigh Park, a consortium of developments, and offers a full range of amenities including a new link road, primary school and local shops.
