Barratt's Orchard Leaze development in Stroud, Gloucestershire, has attracted a tremendous of local interest since the sales office opened earlier this year.

Both Orchard Leaze and Stroud's new £13 million IT College are the result of a partnership between Barratt and Stroud College. The college sold part of the old campus to Barratt for development, raising a substantial amount of the funds needed to build a new high-tech college nearby.
