A new look for Redrow in Cirencester Putting customers first is imperative for Redrow and one of the main reasons the award winning housebuilder has invested in a brand new specification for its homes at Cheswick, in Bristol.

The beautiful new designs, which include fabulous new contemporary kitchens and sleek bathroom suites, are now showcased at the newly launched development in the form of two stylish show homes.

Barry Stiles, sales director for Redrow Homes (South West), said: "Meeting the needs of 21st century homebuyers is top of our agenda right now. In a challenging housing market we recognise the importance of putting ourselves ahead of the competition and we believe our new specification homes at Centuria do just that.

"We have invested a huge amount of time, money and effort in getting the new designs just right. Our new kitchens feature state-of-the art integrated appliances and modern floor to ceiling banks of units, which are inspired by the latest Italian designs. Our white units are right on trend and we have combined this with contrasting wood finishes.

"The list of new features is extensive and we believe they make a real difference to our customers' lifestyles. We've also updated the layouts of our homes to suit the demands of modern life."

At Centuria, Redrow's team of professional interior designers have created a classic scheme in a five-bedroom home, which displays a contemporary twist using cream, blacks and golds to suit a modern family in search of an executive high specification home.

The open-plan kitchen and dining room is one of the major selling points, with chic white gloss and wood units, a black dining room table and box chairs in sumptuous cream leather. A striking chandelier adds a touch of drama and creates the perfect space for family dining and entertaining.

In the master bedroom the designers have continued the glamorous theme, with a large crystal chandelier above the bed and a feature wall with mosaic inspired wallpaper. Luxurious fabrics have been used, including a black velvet headboard and crisp cream bed linen complemented with a sumptuous cream satin throw. Statement black and gold lamps stand out on the black mirrored bedside tables.

Bedroom two is lighter in feel with oak furniture and gold and cream satin bed linen and a high-fashion look is introduced in bedroom three with use of black and glass furniture. The theme continues through to the study, where fashion imagery and a sewing machine make for a creative space.

Centuria will eventually consist of homes to suit all types of buyer with two-bedroom coach house apartments, three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes and four and five-bedroom detached homes.

Known as the "Capital of the Cotswolds", Cirencester is an historic Roman town in the heart of the one of the most ‘quintessentially English' and unspoiled locations in the country, with attractions including a Roman Ampitheatre and the nearby Chedworth Roman Villa.

The superb development is situated about one and a half miles from the town centre and has good shopping and leisure facilities nearby. There are excellent transport links to neighbouring towns and villages and easy access to the M5 and the M4.

The development is also ideal for families, with a good choice of primary and secondary schools locally.

Prices start from £249,950 for a three-bedroom semi detached home with single garage to £349,950 for a four-bedroom home with single garage.
