Miller finds right man for the job

Ian Cole, site manager for Miller Homes in Gloucester, is celebrating success as the National House Building Confederation (NHBC) has recognised him in this year’s ‘Pride in the Job’ awards, which reward the very best site managers in the UK.

Ian, who lives in Ross-on-Wye with his wife and three children, is based at the Millers Gate development in Quedgeley and oversees the construction of homes ranging from one to five bedrooms.

Ian said: “This award is recognition of the accomplishments at Millers Gate. I have been a site manager for fifteen years now, and can honestly say that I have never worked with a team so committed to quality. Delivering such a great development is most definitely a team effort.”

Miller Homes celebrated an impressive 19 winners in total this year, hand-picked as the crème de la crème in the business from 18,000 across the UK.
