Tewkesbury development is a roaring success

In a prize draw, held to mark the launch of its new range of showhomes, three winners were chosen to receive a family pass to Longleat Safari Park.
Linda Androlia, regional sales director for Miller Homes, said: “The open day was a huge success with many eager househunters turning out to see our latest range of family homes. Longleat Safari is a great family day out and I’m sure the winners will have a fantastic time.”
One of the winners, Andrew Burton from Cheltenham, said: “Winning the trip to Longleat Safari park was a real surprise, and we plan to make the most of the trip.
“We really enjoyed looking around the beautiful showhomes and were surprised at how affordable the properties were, especially with HomeBuy Direct.”
Under the initiative, buyers have the chance to purchase 100 percent of their home by paying from just 70 percent of the value, with both Miller Homes and the Government equally funding the remaining 30 percent. The 30 percent equity loan only becomes payable after 25 years or when the customer sells their home, whichever comes first.
Because Homebuy Direct is government backed, buyers can also feel more secure in their investment.
Linda Added: “With the wide range of affordable properties available at the Meadows and the addition of HomeBuy Direct, there really has never been a better time to buy in Tewkesbury.”
Homes at the Meadows are available from £182,950 for the three bedroom Burton housetype, or with Homebuy Direct, from just £128,065. For more information, visit the sales office on Bredon Road, or visit millerhomes.co.uk.
