26th July 2007 Print
Children of Trallwyn Primary School The pupils of Trallwyn Primary School in Trallwyn, Swansea have recently visited Charles Church’s new development Heronsbrook in Llansamlet. The children were taken on a special tour of the striking development and were all in awe of the new homes and admired the progress the housebuilder has made in the past couple of months.

Katherine Faull, Charles Church Wales Sales Director comments: “Charles Church cares about the local area and we try to get the community involved, especially with the schools in the surrounding area. We believe it is important to inform everyone of what is happening with the new development and children are always intrigued with how houses are built. We are delighted to have the support of Trallwyn Primary School and are excited about involving the school with further activities in September.”

Heronsbrook boasts a superb collection of one, three, four and five-bedroom homes boasting striking external and internal design with the highest of specification offered as standard by Charles Church. Situated in the pleasant suburb of Llansamlet, just under four miles from Swansea, Heronsbrook offers the opportunity to live on the edge of this thriving city, while enjoying some of South Wales' most spectacular landscapes.

Prices at Heronsbrook currently range from £129,000 to £310,000.
