Delighted medical rep Anna Hanks has become the first resident to move into Redrow's new development in Pontarddulais. The 28-year-old has just taken up residence in a brand new three-storey ‘Farnell' townhouse at Cae Rebeca and is over-joyed with her spacious three-bedroom home.
