Barratt lights up night sky in Swansea

Barratt lights up night sky in Swansea Searchlights, flame throwers and massive images projected onto the side of showhomes lit up Swansea's night sky this week as Barratt launched a new phase at its Copper Quarter development. The evening of light entertainment wowed visitors and the searchlight ensured that people for miles around could be directed to the popular Swansea development.

Barratt sales director Adrian Bird said the evening had been a great success and provided the perfect backdrop for sales negotiators to talk about how Barratt can help buyers.

"There was tremendous interest in our Dreamstart scheme which means that buyers can pick-up the keys to a new home for just 75 per cent of the price. Barratt will pay the other 25 per cent through a deferred loan.''

He said that under this scheme buyers can own 100 per cent of a new Barratt home for just 75 per cent of the price. "And some lenders will even accept Barratt's 25 per cent share as your deposit - meaning that you won't need a deposit of your own.''

He said this boosts affordability for those looking to get onto the housing ladder and those moving up to something larger - and makes a dramatic difference to the move-in price of a new home.

Homes currently available to move into for 75 per cent of the price at Copper Quarter include iPads, apartments and traditional houses.
