Redrow unveils new lifestyle concept in Pontardulais

30th January 2009 Print
It's been a cleverly guarded secret until now but Redrow Homes will unwrap its new show home in Pontardulais on February 7 and 8, showcasing a brand new lifestyle concept for the housebuilder.

Award-winning Redrow is launching something very special and Cae Rebeca is one of the first developments in Wales where this surprise will be unveiled. The exact details will remain a mystery until the show home, which has literally been kept under wraps, opens its doors.

The show home launch will coincide with the release of phase two of the Cae Rebeca development, which includes a beautiful range of detached homes.

Debby Pavitt, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: "Putting our customers' needs first is imperative right now. In a challenging housing market we recognise the importance of putting ourselves ahead of the competition, and what we are about to unveil does just that.

"At a time when other housebuilders may be looking towards cost-cutting measures, we have invested a huge amount of time, money and effort in getting our homes just right. But homebuyers will have to visit the new show home to see exactly what we've done."

The Cae Rebeca venture of 93 new homes in Pontardulais is a welcoming place for home owners. Local amenities are plentiful, including schools, shops and banks; it's just eight miles from Swansea and within a short drive of the beautiful scenery of the Gower coastline. For those with children, Pontardulais offers a good choice of schools, both English and Welsh speaking.

The opening of the new show home will coincide with further sales releases at Cae Rebeca to increase the choice of new homes available. Current prices range from £89,995 for a one-bedroom mid terrace and from £153,995 for a three-storey three-bedroom home. Larger detached family homes are being launched on Saturday and Sunday, February 7 and 8.

To discover Redrow's surprise, visit Cae Rebeca on Saturday 7th / Sunday 8th February between 10am and 5pm. For more information on Cae Rebeca, log on to Redrow.co.uk.
