Chillout with George Wimpey in Summerston To mark the launch of George Wimpey’s three new showhomes at The Grange in Summerston, they’re inviting local mums - and even dads - to ‘chill-out’ at their pamper event on Saturday 14 March, 2009 from 11am-3pm. On-site therapists are offering free mini-manicure or head/shoulder/back massages to let mums and dads claim back some ‘me-time’ before the start of the Easter holidays ahead. In fact it could be the perfect pre-Mother’s day treat!

Plus there will be face-painting and family fun entertainment to keep the kids happy, so it promises to be a great fun day for the family, and the perfect opportunity to check out George Wimpey’s latest three showhomes to open in the region.

It’s a great time to visit the development as Kirsty Cockburn, sales manager for George Wimpey West Scotland explains: “Our family fun-day is packed full of fun for everyone, including our mini manicures and massages to revitalize mums and dads so we’re looking forward to welcoming some new faces to look round our new showhomes.

“The Grange boasts 70 four bedroom luxury detached homes on Blackhill Road in Summerston in the north-west of Glasgow and offers a range of exclusive family homes from the company’s Woodlands collection, and prices currently start from £245,000, and will appeal to families looking for more space to call home.

“There are five styles of spacious four bedroom detached homes for families to choose from. And each stylish home offers plenty of room for families to work, rest and play. Many of the homes boast impressive features such as a master bedroom with a double en-suite, en-suites to bedroom two and three, as well as a generous living room, contemporary fully-fitted kitchen with breakfasting area, and a separate dining room.

“Our Easymover Secure scheme will also be available on selected plots. It’s designed to provide a whole host of benefits that are specifically tailored to remove all the worry and stress of selling a property and make your dream move a reality. We will pay the estate agency set up and selling fees, contribute £500 towards legal fees and £500 towards advertising, and if your property does not sell on the open market within an agreed marketing period George Wimpey will guarantee to buy your property at an agreed valuation price.

“Plus we’ll also be offering a £1,500 options voucher for reservations on selected plots this weekend – so it’s a great time to check out this development.”

The fun starts from 11am until 3pm on Saturday 14 March, 2009 at George Wimpey’s The Grange, Blackhill Road in Summerston –come along and join in the fun! For further information log on to Georgewimpey.co.uk.
