This began with our installation of the new lie-flat sleeper seats in long-haul Business Class, the Vienna coffee house service and the chefs on board, and continued with our free snack service in Economy Class and the playing of classical music as passengers board their flights. The reaction of passengers to our new Economy Class service has been excellent, and we shall be expanding it further still…with the introduction of hot snacks free of charge.”
