German Traveller’s vote Austrian "Best European Airline"

Austrian was outright winner in the categories of service, catering and punctuality and secured second place in the fields of price performance, seating comfort and bonus programmes, thus securing the overall top position in the reader poll of "Capital" magazine.

Austrian Arrows was also praised and came in third in the competitive European Regional Carrier category.

Austrian's Chief Executive Officer, Alfred Oetsch commented on the accolade: "Every one of our employees carries a simple service concept around the world, with personal charm and dedication: We care". This award recognises Austrian's service ethic.

The German business traveller has high expectations and Austrian regards this award as a significant reflection of its service to passengers.
