Austrian Airlines like to go that extra mile for the top-qualifying members of the Miles & More programme. Already offered a top quality in-flight experience, they now seek to replicate that level of service before take off at a dedicated terminal within Vienna airport itself.

The goal is to offer a relaxed experience that will also save time for HON Circle members, their families and one additional travelling companion when flying with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or Swiss from Vienna.

All administrative procedures: check-in, passport and security checks can now be completed in the lounge with the help of Personal Assistants who are always on hand. A limousine service from lounge to apron, or to the next long-haul flight is offered by partner company SIXT AG, so it really is difficult to get more up close and personal than this.
