Arrive on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December 2008) and have a traditional Welsh afternoon Tea. The evening commences with a welcome cocktail and a canapé reception with carols from a local choir, setting the perfect Christmas atmosphere. Then take a seat for a four course dinner in the wonderful Vue restaurant and what a view it is – the stunning the Unesco world heritage site of Conwy Castle light up at night will definitely bring on the festive cheer. Wake up bright and early on Christmas Day, with the hope of snow and start the day with a Welsh breakfast. Relax and open presents with loved ones, then tuck in to a traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. Watch the Queens’s speech in the afternoon or spend time in the games room with a selection of games and cards. The lounge bar will offer Christmas cake and coffee in the late afternoon and a light buffet is served in the Vue restaurant on Christmas Evening.
Boxing Day starts with Welsh sausage, bacon, mushrooms etc, everything you need to help you get over the excesses of the day before. Leave The Quay on Saturday 27th December 2008 after a hearty Welsh breakfast, and wonderful memories of your Christmas break, but you could always stay an extra night for just £62.50 per person per night on a B&B basis if you would like to experience the hotel for longer, which is more than likely!
