Wiltshire guesthouse forges Japanese links Fosse Farmhouse, a charming Cotswold Stone Georgian Guest house in the picturesque Castle Combe Valley of North Wiltshire, has forged links with a high class Japanese restaurant and now runs an exchange programme where the head chef of "Mominoki House" will be joining the team at Fosse Farmhouse over Christmas to offer visitors a taste of the Orient.

For two weeks from December 20, 2008 the head chef of Tokyo’s organic vegetarian restaurant "Mominoki House" will be joining the team at Fosse Farmhouse cooking up Japanese and English specialities using the very best of Wiltshire’s seasonal organic produce. The two chef’s Caron Cooper and Eiichiro Yamada will be offering a Special Mominoki vegetarian dinner menu at Fosse Farmhouse.

The set four course menu is available daily at just £28.00 per person and on Christmas Day Fosse Farmhouse will be offering a set lunch for £55.00 per person. Overnight bed and breakfast accommodation is available from £47.50 per person based on two sharing.
