Christmas cheer with English Heritage

27th November 2007 Print
With the distant sound of sleigh bells ringing and the arrival of crisp winter mornings Christmas is soon approaching. To celebrate Christmas cheer English Heritage has organised a range of festive events across the country at some of its most spectacular sites.

You can enjoy carol concerts in majestic halls, or take a step back into the past and celebrate Christmas in Medieval or Victorian style. Children can indulge in their own festive fun, trying to spot reindeers and following Christmas trails around the sites. Meanwhile, parents can purchase unique crafts and gifts or relax with a mince pie in hand and enjoy the beautiful scenery offered at English Heritage sites.
