Flybe introduces all inclusive pricing policy

31st July 2007 Print
Flybe Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, announces that all fares promoted across its website are now all inclusive, made up of the basic flight cost plus all fixed non-optional costs. This move sees Flybe providing customers with a transparent pricing policy so they can see the actual cost of their flight from the outset.

From today, all advertised fares will include all of the following costs:

•Government taxes including Air Passenger Duty
•Passenger Service Charge
•Security and airport charges

Mike Rutter, Chief Commercial Officer Flybe comments: “Flybe is always mindful of the need to provide quality customer service and this move highlights our commitment towards ensuring that the customer is in full control of their booking, by knowing exactly what they are paying for from the start. With our transparent pricing policy, what you see is what you get.”
