Flybe passes customer service test with flying colours
Flybe has been named alongside Virgin and Thomas Cook as one of the top three airline operators flying from the UK in a customer service test conducted by the Saturday Telegraph’s Travel section (September 29, 2007). The report concluded that “Flybe performed best out of the budget carriers”.The test posed a simple question to 12 of the country’s airline operators - is possible to change names on a flight ticket?
The Telegraph stated that Flybe “responded within four hours to an e-mail and two minutes to the phone inquiry. The rest were either slow or simply failed to respond”, further finding that “Easyjet, Ryanair and even BMI do not even offer an email service”.
