Flybe opens four new executive lounges
Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, has unveiled its new flagship Executive Lounge at Manchester Airport, the official opening being conducted by Manchester Lord Mayor, Councillor Glynn Evans. The event coincided with one of Flybe’s busiest days of the year as the airline carried thousands of England Rugby fans across to Paris as World Cup Fever took hold of the nation.As well as the new Manchester lounge, Flybe has also opened of a further three Executive Lounges at key regional bases that includes Exeter, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports as well as fully refurbishing its existing lounge at Jersey.
The opening of the Executive Lounges see Flybe bringing superior business class facilities to the departures lounge, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to business travellers across the network providing a first-class and comfortable service to ease the travel experience.
The new lounges boast a number of facilities:
- Panoramic views of the airport runways
- Plasma screens
- TV
- Wi-Fi facilities (available soon)
- Work stations
- Café lounge seating area
- Refreshments
