Flybe takes part in National Learning at Work Day

Flybe has taken part in the National Learning at Work Day today with Flybe's Training Centre in Exeter conducting more than a dozen short ‘taster’ sessions to hundreds of its employees on topics such as effective Presentation, Team Productivity and Performance Feedback skills.

Flybe, an innovator in the field of workplace learning and skills’ development, was the first of only three UK employers to be granted Awarding Body status for its own qualifications in 2008, and has since developed a variety of programmes supported by GoSkills.

Forging solid partnership links with Exeter College and the University of Exeter, Flybe delivers workplace learning qualifications that include the Aviation Operations in the Air Level 2 National Vocation Qualification – an industry-wide recognised qualification for cabin crew and a world first of its kind!

Learning at Work Day is an initiative spearheaded by the Campaign for Learning to highlight the benefits that investment in learning and skills have for both business and employees.
