Flybe extends seat sale

Flybe, Europe’s largest and most successful regional airline, has extended its successful weekend seat sale by 48 hours due to demand. In continuing to keep Britain on the move during these challenging economic times, the airline held what was initially a four day seat sale this weekend that offered up to 25% off selected routes with fares from £16.49 one way including taxes and charges.

All special fares, for travel on or before August 31st, 2009, can now be booked on flybe.com up until midnight of June 2nd.

Included amongst the choice routes on offer are those between London Gatwick, Leeds Bradford, and Dusseldorf as well as Flybe's Birmingham to Belfast flights together with a number of the airline’s popular Scottish route from a number of reginal destinations throughout the UK.

Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, comments: “With the Euro so strong against the pound, Flybe's Massive Seat Sale is the perfect opportunity to bag a bargain flight to a range of British and European destinations. We're not taking the recession lying down!
