Brussels Airport moves into the fast lane

Brussels Airport has now launched its ‘Fast Lane’ for business travellers. VLM Airlines welcomes this initiative as it further strengthens its position as fastest mode of transport from Brussels to the centre of London.

Fast Lane facilities will be offered to VLM Airlines’ passengers travelling with a Business Class ticket or a full Economy ticket from Brussels Airport to London City Airport. In addition, all members of the VLM Airlines’ Frequent Flyer Programme ‘VLM Encore’ will receive access to the Fast Lane.

Thanks to the Fast Lane facilities at Brussels Airport, VLM Airlines’ passengers will save time when passing through security, as they will have a separate waiting line in the security screening.

Johan Vanneste, Managing Director of VLM Airlines, comments: “Over 90 per cent of our passengers on this route are travelling for business purposes and the Fast Lane will offer them an additional time-saving advantage when travelling from Brussels to the heart of London. VLM Airlines already offered the fastest connection of any transport mode to the heart of London, and we are now improving that by a significant margin.”

Passengers will gain access to the Fast Lane by means of their boarding card and a simple barcode system that will grant them access to the exclusive entry to the separate security control. Both boarding card and barcode system will be handed over at the check-in desk of VLM Airlines.
