Day returns from Glasgow to Copenhagen become reality with bmi

10th July 2007 Print
bmi regional, the UK’s most punctual airline, this week introduces a new morning connecting service from Glasgow to Copenhagen via Leeds Bradford, complementing its non-stop direct evening service.

The new weekday service has a journey time of just under three and a half hours, making it the quickest indirect route to Copenhagen and taking an hour off the current fastest morning routing between the two cities, which goes via Amsterdam. Similarly the return connection is 40 minutes quicker than the existing fastest connection.

Peter Kenworthy, bmi regional commercial director, said: “This new connection complements our evening non-stop service between Glasgow and Copenhagen providing a day-return facility for the first time and giving passengers the opportunity to spend a full six hours in Copenhagen.”
