bmi expands services between Edinburgh and Copenhagen

bmi regional is to add a third return flight on its route from Edinburgh to Copenhagen from 21 July, increasing the airline’s link between the two cities to 18 return flights per week. Return flights are available from just £145 return including taxes and can be booked online at

The extra daily service between the Scottish and Danish capitals allows passengers to connect to a number of destinations operated by bmi regional’s Star Alliance partners, including connections to Oslo, Tokyo, Helsinki and Stockholm. Passengers from destinations including Oslo and Istanbul will also be able to benefit from the extra service, allowing them to connect to Edinburgh through Copenhagen.

Peter Kenworthy, commercial director of bmi regional, said: “By adding an extra service to our Edinburgh-Copenhagen route we are able to open up connections to many additional international destinations for our Scotland based business and leisure customers.
