Emirates Marina Hotel to open in September

The Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence is putting the final touches to its eagerly-awaited launch on 1st September this year. The property, an investment exceeding US $81.7 million, is in the final phase of completion, which includes upgrades in interior design.

The 59-storey property features a variety of hotel room and apartment configurations, offering flexible options, with 24 spacious studios; six one-bedroom, 170 two-bedroom, and 55 three-bedroom apartments. There are also six exclusive penthouses of over 300 square metres each.

In an industry where location is paramount, the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence is in a prime venue on Dubai’s Marina, offering breathtaking views over the Gulf and Palm Island, as well as the Marina itself. It is a short walk away from Dubai’s prime commercial estates – Dubai Media and Internet cities – and the yacht marina, with its promenades lined with cafes, shops and restaurants. A championship golf course and the popular Jumeirah Beach are within easy reach and accessible from the hotel.

The hotel’s larger-than-standard rooms and apartments combine the best of two worlds – the choice of staying in a plush hotel, or the option of a homely, fully-furnished, and well-provisioned apartment - with fully-equipped kitchens containing modern appliances. The hotel offers three dining options, including a Mediterranean-style restaurant located on the spa floor, offering both indoor and alfresco dining, an international fusion restaurant located on the hotel’s top-floor, and a fashionable delicatessen and coffee shop. The hotel offers a 24-hour room service, with apartments featuring the option of daily housekeeping with an evening turn-down service.

Emirates Hotels and Resorts’ luxury Timeless Spa – occupying almost an entire floor of the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence, is dedicated to providing relaxation massages and beauty treatment rooms, with its own unique range of beauty products which have been developed in conjunction with BABOR, the world-renowned spa specialists, and made from indigenous products such as dates and frankincense. The spa level facilities include his and hers saunas, jacuzzis, and a well-appointed gymnasium with an outdoor pool and relaxation deck.
