Celebrate 50 years with Historic Sussex Hotels

Historic Sussex Hotels celebrates its 50th anniversary this summer and has launched a special short break package at the group’s original hotel, the famous XVth century Spread Eagle Hotel and Spa in Midhurst, West Sussex.

The anniversary package, available for 50 days after May 1, costs from £195.70 per room per night based on two people sharing. The price includes dinner and full English breakfast, a chilled bottle of award winning ‘RidgeView’ Sussex sparkling wine on arrival and use of the hotel’s Aquila Spa.

Guests staying at the Spread Eagle during the anniversary period will also have the opportunity to win one of Historic Sussex Hotel’s 50 anniversary celebration gifts. These include a day at the polo at nearby Cowdray Park complete with picnic for two people, a home dinner party with up to eight guests cooked by the Spread Eagle’s head chef Gary Moreton-Jones and complete with butler and waiting staff, a day at Goodwood motor racing circuit and weekends away at the two other Historic Sussex Hotels, Ockenden Manor at Cuckfield and Bailiffscourt Hotel and Health Spa at Climping.
