Hesperia Hotels launches online check-in service

Hesperia Hotels is pleased to introduce free on-line check-in service for all its guests leaving to board flights. The system, installed by Fractalia Remote System, enables Hesperia guests to obtain their official boarding card directly from the hotel they are staying in, with this quick and easy service.

From the computer in the hotel’s Business Centre, the client simply clicks on the corresponding link from where they can choose all the airlines that offer on-line check-in, and then follow the instructions of the actual airline to obtain their boarding card.

The system has already been tried and tested over the last year at Hesperia Hotels’ flagship property, the Hesperia Tower, Barcelona, with extremely positive feedback from guests.

This new system fits in line with Hesperia Hotels’ goal of offering its clients the best service available.

In addition to the new and quick on-line check-in service, Hesperia Hotels offers its clients the Wi-Free service allowing free wireless Internet connection throughout all its hotels in the group.
