Downe is on the Hartland Peninsula in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty with glorious sea views looking out to Lundy Island and the Atlantic and is ideal for walkers and cyclists as well as those looking to relax and recharge. It is also suitable for families as it offers a small play area and plenty of space for youngsters to run around. Cots, high chairs and baby baths can be provided on request.

The cottages are fully equipped with all the home comforts including: central heating and a log burner or cast iron living flame stove, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Even kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, washing powder, cling film and salt and pepper are included.

Each cottage offers spacious living and dining areas and has its own 21” television with video and dvd players.

Also if you do not fancy cooking why not have a meal delivered direct to your cottage. Continental and English breakfast baskets are offered from £6 per person and gourmet meals start at just £17 per person. You can even have a home made cake delivered to your cottage.
