The extensive menu includes starters of Carpaccio of Venison with Wild Rocket Salad or Chicken Consommé with Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Tarragon, mains of Loin of Spring Lamb served with Fresh Spinach and Thyme Jus or Pan fried Halibut with Salsa Verde, diners can also choose from the grill menu. The imaginative wine list with an emphasis on the new world compliments the cuisine at number forty.
