A winter escape for all the family

Parents have the chance to spend quality time together with the offer of a free nanny service in two new family packages from Half Moon, the luxury resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Winter Escape Family Time and Good Life Family Time packages are available between now and 15 April.

A nanny service of up to five hours a day for five days is offered for two children aged under 4 years with the Winter Escape Family Time package. In addition children under 12 can stay for free and receive complimentary breakfast daily, when sharing a room with two adults.

The Good Life Family Time package offers three hours nannying for three days for two children aged under 4. The package also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, premium drinks at the hotels bars and from mini bars, in-room welcome gift and champagne, round trip airport transfers, unlimited use of the resort’s 13 tennis courts and fitness centre, paddle boats, lilos and kayaks.

Half Moon recently opened Jamaica’s first Pony Park which features ponies, donkeys, goats, rabbits and birds for children of all ages to enjoy under the supervision of trained Park Rangers.

Families can also make use of the resort’s Anancy Children’s Village which offers daily supervised activities for children aged between 3 and 12. Children have their own play area, complete with wading pool, and activities range from pool games, Jamaican cooking and fishing to steel pan playing, tennis and beach Olympics.

Half Moon is nestled in 400 acres including a two mile, white sand beach and offers luxury accommodation ranging from suites and cottages to villas. On site facilities include the recently opened Fern Tree Spa, a Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed 18-hole golf course, a Golf Academy, 13 floodlit tennis courts, an equestrian centre, fitness centre, numerous water sports, an exclusive dolphin lagoon offering dolphin swimming experiences, superb cuisine at a number of restaurants and a shopping village.
