Dublin Hotel sells beds to guests Dublin’s leading boutique hotel, The Dylan, has launched a new service to cater for the growing number of customers who want to buy the same bed as the one they’ve just slept in. The hotel has linked up with Kaymed, Ireland’s leading designer and manufacturer of luxury beds, to offer guests the chance to bring the luxury experience of the Dylan home with them.

Siobhan Delaney, General Manager of the Dylan has commented that the hotel had been struck by the growing number of guests who remarked about the quality and comfort of the mattress in their bedroom; “when people started asking us where they could buy the beds, we thought ‘why not here!’.”

The 7th Heaven mattresses available in the Dylan were designed exclusively for the hotel by Kaymed who can deliver the hotel beds worldwide. Speaking at the sales launch Conor Sheahan, Kaymed Chief Executive, said that the Dylan experience reflected the growing importance people are attaching to quality of sleep;

“There’s a huge growth in demand for luxury beds and this is just another sign of that. We’re finding that people are paying more and more attention to their quality of sleep. The fact that people are telling the staff at the Dylan just how good their beds are reflects how conscious people are about sleep.”
