Chrysalis Health open luxury Spanish retreat

Chrysalis Health, the leading Edinburgh based lifestyle company, have announced the dates for their luxury detoxifying health retreat based in the beautiful Granada province of Spain.

Offering a body and mind detox experience, as well as a bespoke weight loss programme, the retreat will operate from 1st March to 8th March 2008.

Surrounded by the best of Southern Spain’s breathtaking scenery, guests on the week long programme will stay at the renowned Cortijo Romero centre in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Surrounded by magnificent mountain views, the centre offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a wealth of traditional courtyards, garden terraces and an 800 year old olive grove.

Upon arrival guests are presented with a Chrysalis Health detox pack and a full guide to the week ahead. Whilst at the retreat, expert nutritionists will guide attendees through the week and a host of guest therapists will be on hand offering a selection of further therapies, or simply to pamper. Before departure, guests will be provided with details on how to continue their lifestyle education at home, including bespoke advice on how to eat and what to eat upon return to the UK to progress and maintain their target weight.

With a proven track record, the retreat is as much a life education as a weight loss clinic. Attendees have been known to lose up to 14lbs whilst those who have chosen to follow the recommended eating plan following the retreat have continued to shed weight, ultimately adopting a healthier life plan and state of well being.
